Keeps asking for restart during installation
I have just now installed SAFE and it continues to ask me to restart my computer but at the same time it seems as if the app is working although I'm not sure. I had an old version of F-secure anti virus installed, but the install program was supposed to remove it - or at least it said it would. I've checked and found no old anti virus system on my computer now. How do I solve this problem. I use Windows 10.

Assuming you have no other 'makes' of security software on your machine, it sounds initially like the previous installation of FSAV may not have been removed completely.
The easiest solution might be to run the F-Secure Uninstallation Tool. Unfortunately, I think this will also remove your new SAFE installation, but you can then reinstall that with a clean slate via the SAFE Portal.
