Problem resolved,
The windows patch (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/security/3033929) is for windows7 sp1 only
The patch do not exist for win7 not sp1Then i must install win7 sp1 + patch (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/security/3033929)
and it is running.

Hello tom0ne,
Welcome to our Community!
Could you confirm the version number you are trying to install? You should be able to see it from the installation dialog windows.
In order to troubleshoot better this problem, you might want to open a support request and provide the logs under %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\F-Secure\logs\Freedome for analysis.
Thank you.
