Belgian content always blocked

Hi,
I'm for the moment in Asia. I bought a Freedome license to be able to watch Belgian content. Each time I try to watch those programs, I get the message "content only avalaible in Belgium" even if the virtual location is set on Belgium !
I found this answer you have to another user (https://community.f-secure.com/t5/F-Secure/Why-does-my-IP-address-seem-to/ta-p/66063) but it doesn't solve anything...
I had the bad feeling that I bought this license for nothing. Can you fix this problem and find a virtual location really located in Belgium?

Hello Fab1,
Our Belgian servers are located in Belgium, and they're properly configured in the RIPE databases to be in Belgium at least since December 2015. GeoIP providers use the RIPE databases as a geolocation source in their products to determine where in Europe the particular IP address is located. Unfortunately they're sometimes very slow to update their products, and also their customers are often slow to update their products.
