Need help if you can

I have been doing the Beta testing for f-secure for a year or so and I had to upgrade my computer to windows 10 and repair person has me using foxfire/or firefox and so I have lost everything. Is there anyway I can get back or what can I do since I like you guys cause you help me and etc... Well, if not thanks so much for letting me do this and I think you guys are very very good with keeping everything secure for us. Thanks so much for your time, Vicky aka lovepug1
