Virginmedia (VM) will not send Outlook emails when Freedome is on

As above. If Freedome is off emails send. I switched off VM Virus wall, ticked IPsec, L2TP and PPTP pass through and switched to port 465 in setting on the VM hub and saved. All as advised on some blogs but the issue remains. I believe that VM does not support VPN's for home use. I have not been able to get ISP advice. This is something for F Secure to resolve as it is a constraint on the package it sells. Advice appreciated.

    2.Where did get the product from?

    3.Does this happen with all the locations when using Freedome?

    4.And which version of Freedome is installed currently?
