After typing the renewal key in, my Galaxy S4 screen goes black when trying to open the F-Secure Mobile Security application.
Reinstall doesn't help.
Haven't got any help from the support team too !!! 
Waiting for 3 days now.
Can anyone help?

I only received an email that my case was passed to someone where they unlock the installation key, whatever it means....
App still doesn't work correctly, black screen appears when I open it.
I hope it still protects my mobile phone

We have informed to our support agent regarding this and meanwhile have you try to uninstall the program and reinstall it back from the Google App Store. Please try and revert back if the issue persist.
