F-scure safe browser window is off the screen

when the bank protection window pops up it's off the edge of the screen, there is no easy way to click the buttons are they are off the screen. i have been killing the process to get rid of it.

 

its running of a surface book with windows 10

 

i want toknow how to get the pop up window back on the screen fully
