No proper display of notificationwith high resultion monitor

If I use me 4 k monitors (PC  and laptop)  the popup screens are not correctly shown.

Thy are placed in the Corner, there you can not see them completely and you can not mve them to a more convenient location

 

In case of banking web sites the pop up is only shown only  partly because it is in the uper right corner
