Freedome not Connecting

in F-Secure VPN

Have arrived in Hawaii Freedom is not connecting on two device's Ipad and Win 10 Laptop,both were working on the US West Coast without problem, I Have Reset the VNP with in the App with out any luck.

Any ideals ?

    Hi BobP,

     

    Does this issue occur when connected to any location? Are you using Wi-Fi or a 3G connection for connecting to the internet?  And which is the version of Freedome installed on your current devices?
