TP Link NC220 IP Camera blocked by F-Secure

Can someone explain how I allow F-secure to accept and allow through the video content from my IP camera, at present I just get a blank screen with F-secure On and works fine with it Off, I know the IP & Mac address but don't know how to set up an exculsion for the camera in F-Secure

I don't know for certain, but my guess is you may need to allow it through the Firewall (which is Windows Firewall), which is accessed from the Tools (or Settings) screen.  But also check in the Applications Permissions screen to make sure the application hasn't been blocked.

 

Sorry if that's no help, but it's the best I can do until someone more technical comes along.  If you don't get any further advice here, then I suggest you open a Support Ticket.

Thank you Simon, I have looked in the Firewall settings but no sure where to start, I wait and see if anyone can help otherwise will do as you suggest and open a support ticket
