My connexion is limited to 100 mbit/s with VPN f-secure !?

in F-Secure VPN

Hello,

 

I have a connexion of 800mbit/s (optical fibre). But when i use f-secure VPN, my connexion is limited to 100mbit/s in all countries.  The maximum debit is limited to 100mbit on the virtual network card created by f-secure?  I am disappointed. Can i transfer with more speed ?

    Hi ungaro59,

     

    We do not limit the bandwidth for our individual users when using Freedome. Our teams are constantly monitoring the traffic on our virtual locations.

     

    Does it happen with all the virtual locations or only with a particular location? Is it only during a particular time frame when you see this issue?
