Cannot enable connect to in protection on note 12 pro android 5.02 1-1-16 security patch

Installs ok but when I try to enable the vpn dialog pops up but the OK button is unresponsive though cancel works fine?

Spot on.. Blue light filter.. After disabled same app was able to connect..
