How hard can it be to provide specific log locations?
Is this really the way f-secure provides basic support for it clients http://pastebin.com/wXaYyGV0
I don't know what education your support guys have but seriously. Providing simple answer for simple question can't be that hard. Saying that I should reach my ISP is simply stupid. Those guys surely won't know anything about f-secure software and when the one I'm using is basically reskinned version ... I don't see how it's that hard to give log location. It's only that hard if you don't know it which I believe is case here
So, Where in the hell are deepguard logs located? Or do I just cancel my subscription because there isn't even basic support available?

Hi TomiK,
I understand your frustation here, but the support for certain ISP and their customized F-Secure products is provided by them. Their technical support team should be able to answer your queries about the customized version. It might also depend that the operator might be using a different version of the product than our usual consumer product. So, your ISP will be the best person to contact regarding your query.
I do apologize for any inconvenience caused on this.

Can't you just tell me where those log files I asked are normally located in windows using https://www.f-secure.com/en/web/home_global/anti-virus? I can then check and see if they differ which I highly doubt. My ISP is unable to answer this question

Okey so my ISP is now contacting you because they don't know answer for my question (what a surprise!)
Case which could have been solve in a minute is now taking days and days and taking massive unnecessary detour. Nice job. Guess I take my mone elsewhere and remember to tell everyone how incredibly good customer service you have! -

Alright, so you post in the wrong forum section - and (almost?) immediately get a reply... No clue what program you're -even- using ( http://pastebin.com/wXaYyGV0, mirror: http://pastebin.com/eDVrT0VX ) & btw., according to the changelog ( ftp://ftp.f-secure.com/support/tools/fsdiag/Changelog.txt ) fsdiag should do what you're asking... Have you, then, tried the stand-alone version: ftp://ftp.f-secure.com/support/tools/fsdiag/
Edit: Dunno, what you're even trying to do - because the applications which ARE being affected should be listed within the program, right? http://i.imgur.com/Yg8025d.png
P.S.
From the looks if it (just guessing, though ), it seems that (some!) logs could be in: C:\ProgramData\F-Secure\Logs\ -
Wrong forum section? This is pretty much feedback for terrible customer service
pastebin is in fact missing things. Things like OS and software were listed there but dropped them of because same section had "sensitive" information. Already referred which software I'm talking here in my reply after noticing that: https://www.f-secure.com/en/web/home_global/anti-virus?
I'm positive fsdiag is doing what I'm looking but no one has been able to point WHERE should I look in files fsdiag is generating. There is ton of logs and as I'm not working on f-secure I have no idea where specific logs are put there. That's why I'm asking DEEPGUARD logs location
Also, yes. I can see allowed and blocked software in f-secure software like you showed in imgur link but that's not what I'm looking. I wan't to know what files have been allowed / blocked and on which dates× (that is not showing if applications has first been blocked and then allower or vice versa. Full logs will tell). That's why I'm looking for _logs_

DeepGuard (and other scanning components) do not create logs by default for security reasons; we don't want to expose the scanning logic to bad guys. Even if you turn the logging on, the logs will be obfuscated and can't be read outside the company.
