Freedome doesn't function

in F-Secure VPN

I have just installed F-secure Freedome with my own personal code on my laptop (MacBook Air with OSX11 Yosemite), staying in southern Spain, trying to watch Norwegian, Swedish or English programs, but so far negative. I do have the F-icon located on my screen, and the options unravels with a diversity of localities to choose from. Suggestions?

    Which location are you currently using? Are you having any issues in watching the programs or is there any error message seen? Please elaborate on the issue so that we can assist further.
