Can't connect with iOS

Hi

 

I purchased a 3 device subscription on my Mac. Freedome works on my Mac without any issues. When I try to add the code to Freedome on my iPhone, I get an error message saying the code isn't valid. What am I doing wrong? I've definitely added the right code.

    Do you have a previous subscription still ongoing on your IPhone?  Or maybe had a beta version previously?
