How to get a support over chat? Problems with chat??

How can I get support by chat? I'm getting this message all the time (picture). I have already tried four times.

Sorry that you cannot reach our support agent by chat session today.

We have a timeout of 5 minutes for this type of session, so despite the message, the sessions are timing out but nobody actually physically terminate them. Currently our Finnish support is very busy, but rest assured we do our best to support our customer as quickly as possible.

 

If you share with our community the problem you are facing, our members might be able to help you.
