Portal unavailable?
I purchased online directly from F-Secure site the F-Secure Safe - 5 licenses on 2 year contract and after payment accessed the My F-Secure for downloads as instructed in the email received after purchasing. Ever since the purchase the portal view has shown me that the portal is unavailable (and please try later), I have zero licences to use. Well, it's been 4 days already - searched forums, posted service request for support (4 days ago), tried chatting with the support about hundred times - no one answered and it only seems like the entire F-Secure Safe is a big scam to take you money.
Very very unsatisfied.

Yes. This issue apparently F-Secure support was that sales account and my F-Secure account were screwed up and therefore my portal was unavailable and the count for available licenses showed zero.
In order to solve this issue, it took support somewhat full 8 days - their excuse was being so busy which for me was 'show stopper' kind of issue. Been working in global support entities before and for us if one time zone team was not able to reach solution, the next time zone support team would carry on with the solving, so that SLA times were never violated... But now it is working as it should in the first place and understandably F-Secure credited me for their slowness - so I am fairly happy with the outcome.
