F-s safe mobile scan isses

Hi

sometime I use fs-safe antivius to scan while my network offline,the software display 'scan xxx may take a while' when scanning.sometimes complete scan only a files.whats reason is it?

May I know if you are referring to the SAFE for mobile or SAFE for PC'S? What is the scan you tried to run using the AV?

 

Does it happen with all the different types of scan?

only appened in mobile scan when my device no network.sometimes can accomplish and sometimes can not.

Hi Avisitors,

 

Since your product installation is in Japanese and it does show that one file is scanned, I would recommend to open a support request to our Japanese team.
