Running out of subscriptions while reinstalling

I have a five device subscription, but I have now ran out of subscriptions while reinstalling Freedome. I have done a clean install twice on my main computer and once on my laptop. This means that I have used two licences on my main computer, one on my laptop, one on my secondary computer and one on my mobile. The latter two are working fine, but this means that only two of my five licences I have paid for can be used. I would like to get Freedome back on running on both my main computer and laptop.
This is the error messahe I recieved:
The subscription was purchased on 2015-07-04 via Cleverbridge.

Hello Strudlfaust,
Our latest version of Freedome for PC allows you to transfer your licence(this should also work in case of a clean reinstallation).
Please check this article for more information on how to do that.
Make sure that you have the latest version installed(v1.1.2531.0 ) in use.
If not uninstall and reinstall the latest version on your PCs.
