Amazon bought Freedome doesn't work on Windows 10

Hi everyone, I have an amazon-bought version of Freedome and for some reason the license code doesn't work. I have double checked that the codes haven't been used up on other devices. Does anyone have any pearls of wisdom?

May I know what is the error message seen when you try to activate the code? Is this the first time installation of Freedome on this device?
