Valid voucher no longer valid after update

Hi community,

I had a voucher last september 28 that a i received by mail from f-secure@message.f-secure.com.

Since freedome has been updated on my macbook, My code is no longer valid and i receive a error : Code was not correct. Try again.

How do I do ?

Did you get the Freedome voucher code from a F-Secure SAFE trial account?

It was a code from F-Secure SAFE yes, but that was not a trial account.
