is F-secure SAFE blocking my access to Virginmedia email account?

I'm not able to access my emails through virginmedia.com- is there a setting I need to change in F-secure?

SAFE does not block access to your emails for your webmail. You can check this by turning off the Security features and retry to check your emails. If the issue persists even after turning off the Security features, please check with your ISP on your email account access.
