I want to reinstall my freedome because I had to restore factory setting my android device.I activate this license only a day so I am not want to waste a license.My item is 3 device of a year,codes tail number is

Resetting of Freedome licenses is not possible at this moment. Our RND is working on this.

 

If you have not tried to validate your code after the Freedome reinstallation, please retry the validation with the same code. If you have any issues during the validation, kindly highlight it to us so that we can assist further.

I have tried uninstall and reinstall this app,still display time remaining of my subscribe after I reinstall.But I don‘t know restore phone whether as same as it.

Could you please elaborate on your issue? Is your display of remaining time different as compared to before? Has your code been successfully validated?

Thank you for your help,I decide to use the third license.ask a extra question:my mobile manufacturers will relase android 6.0 next month.could the lastest subscribe license remember my phone and continue to use?
