Maximum number of installations reached

Bought Freedome 26.11.15  "12 months for 3 devices".

Less than a month later it say expired and maximum number of installations reached.

I only use or need this program for 1 computer, but on every boot Freedome wants to elevate the installation and asks the code again.  Seems program fault to me. Besides I bought the licence for 3 devices/12 month; not for 3 installations. 

 

I made a support request for this 22.12.15 but no answer.
