Reinstalling F-Secure Safe
I have had to reinstall Windows 7 on a desktop PC, next F-Secure (I am a Virgin Media customer). I have logged on to F-Secure and it tells me I am protected - but there is no sign of it in All Programs or Program Files. I have hunted through F-Secure and Virgin Media websites, but I can't find any way to download and reinstall F-Secure. I have tried "Chat with an expert" twice, but this just meant half-an-hour of waiting around for no response. Can someone advise me?

You will need to login to your SAFE Portal and reinstall it from there. I believe Virgin customers may have to go via their own Virgin portal to get to the F-Secure portal, but I'm not 100% sure of that, as I'm not a Virgin customer myself.

Have worked it out: I am a Virgin Customer too. Go on to the Portal & go through the process to install a version on the machine you are on and you get an option to release the existing license on your previous install, so you can then reuse this license on the new install. Just work for me having moved operating system off the Hard drive onto a new SSD
