the difficulty of updating F-secure IS 2012 beta

i am updating F-secure IS 2012 beta, but, it is not stable, every 1 minute, f-secure said that update failed, connection time out, although my internet connection is good and has no problem

    check fsaua.log and fsaua.dbg for details.

    i have this problem also fsaua.log Update check failed. There was an error connecting updates-tp.sp.f-secure.com (DNS lookup failure)

    Hi,

     

    are you behind a firewall?

    are using a http-proxy?

     

    try to ping updates-tp.sp.f-secure.com from command-line.

    try connecting to updates-tp.sp.f-secure.com using a browser.

     

    Any other explanations why you would geta DNS-Error?

    after several restarts FIS update now working.i have usb cdma modem,firewall enabled in FIS,no proxy,ping timed out but it's ok i have internet connection.
