Hello, I got freedome vpn for 365 days. I approximately used for 60 days. Few days ago, suddenly vpn expiry days changed to 4 days from 300 days. Can someone look into it?
Some problem here. I had ~300 days left and suddenly it dropped into 3 days. I noticed this yesterday.
Same thing happened just today. I received a free trial because I signed up for their fsecure safe and now all of sudden it shows only 2 days left. I thought I'd give these guys a try before paying for it and completely switching vpns because of the port fowarding issues others have but don't know. There isn't even a link to contact them for support.
I have only 2 days left.
It looks like I’m not the only one with this problem, it must be some kind of their mistake.
So far there are at least 3 topics on this forum about this issue… hope someone from f-Secure will deal with this problem.
We are now expiring the Freedome subscription codes which are linked to trial F-Secure Safe licenses, as the free year of Freedome subscription was only for the customers who purchased F-Secure Safe from the campaign.
When we expire those Freedome subscriptions, we will set them to have one week grace period before they expire. If multiple Freedome subscription codes have been used on the same device, the installation will still have one week grace period. We are not expiring all these subscription codes in one run, instead we'll expire them in batches.
Multi-platform subscriptions of Freedome are available through our web pages at https://freedome.f-secure.com/. Single platform subscriptions can be purchased for Apple iPad and iPhones through the Apple App Store and for Android devices through Google Play Store.
