Subscription code won't work

I bought a HANNSPREE tablet ANDROID  with 1years free subscription but I cant seem to put the code in anywhere. When I first registered it just gave me a trial period which has now expired . I have tried putting code in again but won't work

May I know which F-Secure product you are referring here? And please advise us as to how you got the 1 year free subscription.
