Hi i had 3 subscriptions for 3 pc's but after i upgraded to new version of Safe its now telling me am on a trail for 1 pc for a month.
Why is this ?.
I should still have my 3 subscriptions for a year.
For license or account related issues, I would recommend to open a support request or directly chat with out experts so that they can look at your details and advise further.

How about trying to open a support request to address you issue? Was it helpful? When did you try to chat with our F-Secure Support; is it during Mon-Fri 6-16 (GMT)?
