free trial download in japanese ??

When I download the free trial from the website and run  Freedome.exe.

The install pops up in what I assume is Japanese. Tried again many times with same results.

Running   Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1

Iam in the Usa  Thanx in advance for any help.

Are you seeing the different language during the installation itself? Could you please post a screenshot of the install page with the different language?

Yes I used that link from 

https://download.sp.f-secure.com/freedome/installer/Freedome.exe

Usually, the installer language for the Freedome product is determined from the system locale in the computer. If system locale has the language set to Japanese, it might take that language during the installation. There is a youtube video how the system locale is set, see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iDuNGCQY7II

 

Please try to change it to English and retry the installation.
