How to use the remaining 200 days of Freedome subsrcitpion after Mac OS X reinstall?

Hey there,

 

I am using the latest Freedome Version on OS X El Capitan. In a promotion I received a 1 year Freedome subscription for free with about 200 days left. In the promotion you could generate a voucher on a website, but I don't have that voucher anymore.

 

I need to make a complete reinstall of OS X and I am wondering how to transfer my 200 days of free subscription to the new installation of Freedome respectively the new install of OS X El Capitan?
