Freedome doesn't work well !!!!

First thanks for the great service that you provide .
I bought some of your products couple adays ago, but I have a problem with Freedome, it doesn't work well sometimes it takes long time to connect to the server and usually it doesn't connect it just keep displays "connecting to Singapore or other servers Germany..etc" but it doesn't connect!!!!
I use Freedome on Android lollypop and also on windows 10 both show the same problem !
I may have a problem in my local network because they try to block VPN's networks but I like freedome because it pass the block and now I am facing the block !!!
Please help me .

Since you mentioned, your local network might have blocked the usage of the VPN protocol, please have a look at this article for more information.
