Sold my android tablet and got macbook. Reached Maximum number of Installation with the code

I am using freedome for 3 devices. 

1> Windows PC 

2> android tablet

3> iphone 

 

I sold my android tablet and i got a new macbook. But when i installed the freedome and entered the key it says it reached maximum number of installation with the key.

 

Please help!.
