Issues with Freedome subscriptions

I purchased a 5 device license from the website on Apr 27th, and using 4 licenses:

 

1 desktop / laptop / tablet / phone, but it seems one license is stuck in limbo and I'm unable to install the license on another phone. Could someone check if a licence is stuck in limbo from a previous OS reinstall or something?

Really hope customer managing these licenses like on the MySafe side is being worked on as a priority, this seems unnecessarily complicated. Smiley Sad
