Key not working

I had some problems with the update and had to reinstall the key a few times.  I have a 1 year subscription for 3 devices but can no longer use the key on any device.

    Hi Wendy15,

     

    May I know which F-Secure product you purchased? Is it the F-Secure Key you are referring to? And how did you purchase the code for the product; was it from F-Secure directly?

     

    Is there any error message seen when you try to validate your code?

    Thank you for your reply.  I purchased the following from Amazon: "F-Secure Freedome VPN für alle Geräte - 1 Jahr / 3 Geräte"  by F-Secure for Platform : Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7

    1. How many devices are currently installed with the Freedome code?

    2. Could you please send me the purchase details from Amazon (may be a screenshot of the email which has the code/purchase date/invoice number) as a private message?
