I can't launch freedome

When I try to launch freedome, it starts and immediately stops.

Hi whip,

 

May I know what is the OS in which you are having this issue with Freedome? Is there any other error message visibly seen when trying to turn on Freedome?

 

Is this a fresh installation of Freedome or happening after an upgrade of Freedome?

Windows 10 Family edition.

No error messages visible... except in the log I posted.

I installed it two months ago.

Freedome failed when I had to restore windows at an earlier time with restore points.

If you have restored Windows to an earlier date with Freedome installed, then Freedome might not work after the system restore. You have to reinstall Freedome on this device in which you have done a system restore to make Freedome work.

Could you please confirm if you got Freedome from SAFE trial account? Or please provide us more details as to how did you get the Freedome code from?

Updated from 1.0.1958.0 to 1.0.23.52.0, it works like a charm.
