Freedome won't connect and then after a while it just crashes

This is using windows 10 and Freedome 1.0.2246.0.

    Hi hjj,

     

    May I know if your Windows was recently upgraded to the Windows 10 version? Did you install the recent upgrade of Freedome on this device?

     

    Is there any error message seen after the crash?
