Ultimate Windows Tweaker 4.0.1.0 for Windows 10

I've been using Ultimate Windows Tweaker from WIndows Club  for Win 7, 8 and 8.1 and also with FSIS and TP installed without any problems that I am aware of.

Now that I try to download

Ultimate Windows Tweaker 4.0.1.0 for Windows 10

I get the message the site is forbidden.

This comes from FSIS, Freedom an ULAV.

 

That is site is reported as harmful.

Does anybody know more of it.

Is it the whole site or just UWT and what is the status of UWT is that really harmful or is it because it uses such access (or whatever the correct word is) to tweak WIndows settings.

Is that different between the latest and earlier versions?
