The recent upgrade of Freedome softwarestopped and "failed". And now it is not possible to turn Freedome on! What to do.

    Hi vänsviken,

     

    May I know what is the OS of your Windows in which you have tried to upgrade Freedome? If it is Windows 10, was Windows 10 recently upgraded in this device?

     

    Do you see any error message when you try to turn on Freedome?
