Can't use 5 device license on iPhone, ID not valid
Hi,
It seems like there is alot of trouble surrounding the licenses and it's not different for me.
I recently bought the 5 device license for Freedome. I'm using it on 2 Macs now and wanted to add my iPhone, but on iOS, I'm getting the message that the ID is not valid for the device.
Support chat couldn't help me.
I'm considering getting a refund.

Hi Chris,
Since your app store subscription is valid until December 8th 2015, the Freedome application will be using the app store subscription till that date. The app store subscription will last until the end and then you can type in the multi device code only close to the expiry. That is the reason as to why the multi device code cannot be used currently in your iPhone since it already has the app store subscription in place.
