Had to format PC. Lost Freedome key

Is it possible to get the Freedome key associated to my email?

I had to reinstall my Windows PC and lost the subscription key.

    Hi Laksh.

    I got a subscription from an online event. Is a 5 devices license but I was using it only on my PC.

    I have the sae kind of license (5 keys) and when I downgraded my Windows 10 back to Windows 8.1, I just lost a key. I had no way to just reinstall the same one I was using before.

    May I know from which online event you got the code for Freedome?

     

    If you have not purchased directly from F-Secure, we might not have the details of your code with us. Since you got it from an online event, kindly check for the details regarding the online event for getting the code again.
