Freedome subscription error

Hi,
When I tried to activate my Freedome subscription I get error message "You have reached the maximum number of installations with this code. Please make new purchase to extend your Freedome subscription."
Currently I have Freedome installed on 2 devices with 3 device subscription. So what do I need to do to reset activations?

Hi Rinik,
Was there a new reinstallation performed on one of your devices with the same Freedome code? Could you reply back with a screenshot of the error message seen in your device? Could you also send me a private message of your purchase details to check further?
Just bought new license for 5 devices because trial ended and now I have 2 licenses overlapping, because of no respond for community managers... this is just bad customer service.
