Can't input code for Freedome on iOS

Hi,
I'm trying to activate Freedome on my iPhone 6S. The trial just ended. I purchased a year of SAFE for three devices through Cleverbridge, and got three Freedome licenses for free, but I can't activate it. I have the Freedome licenses as activation codes, but can't find any way to use them. Please advise.
