REFUND REQUEST - Support Ignoring Requests
I am getting very annoyed now.
I have now submitted two requests for a refund on my annual Freedome subscription - both requests were within the 30 days cancellation period. It has now gone past that period and I cannot get a response either via Customer Support or on the telephone (have just sat on hold for 25 minutes).
Please please can someone process my refund request? The product simply doesn't work for me.

Could you tell us where did you direct your refund requests? They should be done directly with Cleverbridge AG has it is s the F-Secure reseller and your partner for all purchases in our store.
Could you send me the purchase reference number via Private Message so that I can see that your request gets answered.
