REFUND REQUEST - Support Ignoring Requests
I am getting very annoyed now.
I have now submitted two requests for a refund on my annual Freedome subscription - both requests were within the 30 days cancellation period. It has now gone past that period and I cannot get a response either via Customer Support or on the telephone (have just sat on hold for 25 minutes).
Please please can someone process my refund request? The product simply doesn't work for me.
