Selective traffic for VPN

Is it possible for us to direct certain traffic via the VPN tunnel and not all the data from my PC after the VPN is established?

For instance the private address space like the 10.X.X.X traffic shouldn't be on the Internet and is used by private networks. Any packet with the type of address should be routed outside of the VPN.

Thanks for the response however it didn't work. I'm on my network with Freedome running. I can't see any of the resources. I'm using Win 7 Pro. I don't see anything when I browse the network.

I get this when I traceroute to a network resource within my domain.

    C:\>tracert 10.90.200.65

    Tracing route to LHHDC1 [10.90.200.65]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

    1 17 ms 19 ms 19 ms gateway.freedome-vpn.net [198.18.16.1]

The data is flowing through the tunnel first.

  • Hello Durendel,

Can you tell us which version of Freedome you are currently using on your Win7 machine?

I'm using version 1.0.2085.0 of Freedome

  • Hello Durendel,

Are both of your device on the same subnet in your network?

    They are on different subnets.

  • Thank you for the clarification.

Unfortunatley in order for Freedome to connect to other local device, they need to be on the same subnet.
