i am a web developer for uplace.com.br. I would like to know why the referred web site is marked as malicious by F-Secure Anti-VIrus?

I can't tell you why it's blocked, but the quickest way to get it whitelisted is often to submit the URL to the labs for analysis, which you can do from here: Submit Sample.
