Freedome connection

My freedome connection struggles to connect since I installed IOS9, certain apps do not comnect through the vpn and struggle to connect. IOS8 was instant with Wifi or 4G connection .

Do you get any error from Freedome or the other application?

Do you get that on WIFI and 4G on IOS 9?
