Transfer Freedome to new Android phone

I received and activated a free 1-year subscription to Freedome Android on 9/26/25.  On 10/10/15 I purchased a new Android phone and traded in my old phone..  How do I transfer the free 1-year subscription to my new phone?

    I received it from a promotion by F-Secure.  The email address the code was emailed from is 

    [email protected] .
