Hi we have 5 license plan and we currnetly cannot use a single device! I tried deleting the application from my phone to enable it in my laptop but now neither one works! Please help.
Is the issue happening when trying to validate the license on the Freedome product or when you open Freedome? Is there any particular error message seen in Freedome? If yes, please provide us the screenshot of the error as well.
It is happening when I'm trying to enter the subscription key. It say "You have reached the maximum number of installations...". The thing is that we had the subscription on devices we no longer need it in and are trying to install it on other devices. I have attached the screenshot..
