why freedome code doesn't work

I purchased 2 more  f-secure licenses and tried to set code to freedome, but it doesn't work any more. Is there some time limit for the freedome code?

    May I know what is the error message you see when you try to validate your code? How did you get your Freedome codes for the product?

    15.07.15 I purchased 3 f-secure safe licenses and got freedome code to my e-mail. I used code three times. Then I add 2 licenses in 25.8. two licenses and 14.10. two more licenses. Never got new code for freedome and old code is no good. Message says "Koodi ei ole okein. Yritä uudelleen.)
